Ment.io a Tel Aviv-based start-up that provides an AI-based discussion platform for engaging and assessing students in hybrid classrooms. We are looking for a candidate to join our sales development department. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment while having fine attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a desire to join the high-tech sales world and is hungry for sales! There is a lot to learn and a lot of that will be on the job. Organization is key, we are looking for someone who can stay on top of their workload and have a firm finger on the pulse. We also want someone who will bring their own ingenuity and creativity to the mix, we have a playbook but it is constantly adapting and evolving.
- Research relevant leads; finding all the necessary information and adding them to the CRM (Salesforce)
- Initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone. Setting qualified demos for account executives with leads that are interested.
- Participate in sales strategy meetings and initiatives.
- Mother tongue English
- Organizational Skills
- Experience with sales management software is a plus
- Sales or Sales Development background is a plus
- Ability to work some evening hours
- Ability to work day hours out of the Tel Aviv office
- Excellent communications skills, both written and in-person
- Experience with the Google suite
