Sales Development Representative

Ment.io a Tel Aviv based start-up changing the way companies communicate and make decisions, both internally and with their customers, is looking for a new candidate to join their sales development department. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can work in a fast paced environment while having fine attention to detail. 

The ideal candidate will have a desire to join the high-tech sales world and hunger to grow. There is a lot to learn and a lot of that will be on the job. Organization is key so we are looking for someone who can stay on top of their workload and have a firm finger on the pulse. We also want someone who will bring their own ingenuity and creativity to the mix, we have a playbook but it is constantly adapting and evolving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound traffic; finding all the necessary information on all our inbound leads and adding them to the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Initial outreach to all relevant inbound leads via email, LinkedIn and phone. Setting qualified demos for account executives with those that are interested.
  • Participation in sales strategy meetings and initiatives.
  • Running outbound campaigns from the research phase through the demo and AB testing of messaging.
  • Aiding in the research and preparation for conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Mother tongue English
  • Organizational Skills
  • Experience with sales management software is a plus
  • Sales or Sales Development background is a plus
  • Ability to work some evening hours
  • Ability to work day hours out of Tel Aviv office
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and in-person
  • Experience with the Google suite
